Josef Schenker, MD, MBA is an accomplished medical professional with expertise in internal medicine and emergency medicine.
Since 2015, Dr. Josef Schenker has served as the Medical Director and Partner of Centers Urgent Care in Middle Village, New York.
As the Medical Director of SeniorCare Emergency Medical Services, Dr. Josef Schenker maintains quality control and oversees treatment protocols and clinical care to over 100 health care facilities in the greater New York area.
Schenker also serves as an attending physician at New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he designed and implemented the Electronic Health Records systems.
In addition, he is the Chief Medical Officer at Medical Director Services, PC, as well as the Chairman of NYC REMAC, a regional Emergency medical facility.
Since 2009, Dr. Josef Schenker, has been the President and CEO of EMS Physician Services, PC, which offers medical direction for ambulance services, as well as medical legal expert witness services.
Having graduated with a BA in Biology from Yeshiva University, Josef Schenker earned his MD from the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and his MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Board certified in emergency medicine, Dr. Josef Schenker has been a volunteer paramedic and physician for Hatzalah Emergency Medical Services for over 30 years.
